Skaalen offers gracious living in a peaceful environment for mature, independent adults. Residents enjoy peace of mind knowing a licensed nurse is available 24 hours a day in the event of an emergency. Residents are welcome to participate in all Skaalen activities and programs.
Our eight condos have 820 square feet of living space including:

- Two bedrooms

- Private balcony
- Security system
Residents living in these units have a number of services available to them, including:
- Four hours per month of licensed nursing services
- Four hours per month of housekeeping
- Limited meal service (one per day), and utilities
- Each of our two condominium floors has laundry facilities and a group dining or social gathering area
