Skaalen has beena leader in the field of caring for the elderly for over 100 years. We are a proud member of the Wellspring organization, continually striving to meet higher standards. We offer rehabilitative and restorative care to meet each individual’s need for long-term or short-term residency. We have a state of the art rehab department with the latest equipment including a heated therapeutic pool.

RN (day shift, 30 hrs per week) & LPN (weekends)
Must possess a current State of Wisconsin license. Recent nursing and MDS experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person. (New graduates welcome!)
CNA (In House Pool & Weekender)
The successful candidate will have completed an approved nursing program and be in good standing on the Wisconsin State Registry.
