Adjacent to Skaalen skilled care are eight condominiums. Each has 820 square feet of living space and include two bedrooms, a bath and a half, full kitchen, dining and living room and a private balcony. Residents have a number of services available to them, including licensed nursing services, housekeeping, limited meal service and utilities.
