A fitness center designed for the special needs of senior citizens. The Skaalen Wellness Center is a unique place to improve your fitness and quality of life. The Wellness Center is not a typical gym. Our members are focused on making positive, healthy and lasting lifestyle changes. Our variety of programs includes those for medical conditions and are especially geared toward senior citizens.
