Skaalen offers gracious living in a peaceful
environment for mature, independent adults.
Our eight condos have 820 square
feet of living space including a bath and a
half, a full kitchen, dining area, living room,
two bedrooms, large closets, a private
balcony, and a security system.
Residents living in these units have a number of services available to them, including four hours per month of licensed nursing services, four hours per month of housekeeping, limited meal service (one per day), and utilities. Each of our two condominium floors has laundry facilities and a group dining or social gathering area.
Residents enjoy peace of mind knowing a licensed nurse is available 24 hours a day in the event of an emergency. Residents are welcome to participate in all Skaalen activities and programs.
